Data collected
Only the data you enter in our forms: full name, email, telephone, the name and website of your agency, the subject of your request and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data serves only to handle your request and, where applicable, to send you the audit you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given when the form is submitted. No resale and no transfer to third parties.
Retention period
24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Simply write to info@klixdigital.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Processors
Only two providers are involved in processing your data. Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and runs the function that receives the forms. Google Ireland Limited routes those messages to our info@klixdigital.be mailbox through Google Workspace, and provides the map shown in the footer. No other tool receives your data from this site: no CRM, no emailing platform, no advertising network. Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the Data Privacy Framework.
Audience measurement and cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker. No browsing data is collected or stored, which is why there is no consent banner. One exception: the map shown in the footer is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address on that occasion and may set their own cookies. You can prevent this by blocking third-party content in your browser.
